Here is my spiritual menu that will FULFILL YOU AND FILL YOU FULL:

BREAKFAST

– Count your blessings (not calories)
– A large bowl of good health topped with loads of well-being
– Two slices of gratitude with joy jam

LUNCH

– Count your blessings (again)
– Heavenly Salad with garnished “calm”-quats, nourish nuts, and divine dressing
– Faith fruit, chaste cheese and spiritual crackers
– Joy juice or coffee

DINNER

– Count you blessings (once more)
– Compassion cocktail
– Forgiveness soup
– Fillet of “soul”
– Passion potatoes
– Peaceful pudding with serenity sauce
– A glass of unconditional love

Tip yourself generously…and remember to chew!

(and no substitutions please!)
