Do you know that we are all a work in progress?

As you know, there is so much STUFF out there on how-to, how-not-to, where and when to, who to do what to, should and should-not do…it just becomes overwhelming and bewildering.

After sifting and sorting through most of this stuff, I have come to the conclusion that the K.I.S.S. (Keep it Simple, Sweetheart) philosophy is what really works. LESS IS MORE. Most people are looking for simple solutions in this complex, accelerated society…and why not?

I know from experience that although there are no truly simple solutions, there are some simple, uncomplicated approaches to life that just work:

  • Use your mind as a tool, not as a weapon.
  • Think less. Feel more.
  • Treat your body as a temple, not as a tavern.
  • Don’t take yourself (or your life) so seriously – get over yourself!
  • You are a spiritual being having a human experience.
  • It’s a great life if you don’t weaken!

As you know by know, life ain’t about the details…it’s about how you respond and react to the world around you. It is not necessary to change your lifestyle dramatically to improve the quality of your life. However, when you are aware that there are parts of your life that simply do not work, you can choose to embrace and integrate some new and different approaches that will bring you a greater sense of fulfillment, peace, and – dare I say? – joy.

No one needs to be overwhelmed with how wrong everything is…isn’t it enough already? What about how RIGHT everything is? Isn’t that refreshing? Be in the here-and-now. Celebrate your magnificent life daily. And never forget that it’s a privilege to be here.

Remember, God loves you and so do I…and that ain’t shabby!

Blessings,

Walter
